Directions

In a 8 quart pot, add olive oil and heat over medium to medium-low flame. Add onions and garlic and sauté over medium flame until onions are soft but NOT BROWN.

Stir in crushed tomato and tomato paste.

Stir in Wine, rosemary, oregano, basil, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Bring sauce to simmer and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring sauce every 10 minutes
