Fifteen minutes. One skillet. Dinner done.

Taco-seasoned ground beef gets cooked up with condensed tomato soup, water, and instant rice for a saucy, one-pan base that tastes like nachos went to dinner school.

Pile on the chunky salsa, shredded cheddar, crisp lettuce, and scoop it all up with tortilla chips.

This is the weeknight meal busy families keep coming back to.

Pro Tips

  • Drain the ground beef well after browning so the rice absorbs the tomato soup flavor instead of grease
  • Use instant rice here; regular long-grain rice won’t cook through in the short simmer time
  • Set out the toppings in separate bowls and let everyone build their own plate for a fun, taco-bar vibe
  • Sour cream and sliced jalapeños make great extra toppings if you want to go all out
