Bohemian Kolacky
I had a few of these pastries at my friend's place, and they were delicious. I loved that there were just 3 ingredients for the cookies and they had the most flakey and delicate texture that I adored. They were not so sweet either, which was another plus!

Directions
Allow margarine and cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Mix until really creamy; add flour and blend thoroughly.
Make balls (the size of a small walnut).
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass cover with a damp cloth.
Press an indentation in the center and fill it with preserves.
Bake 350℉ (180℃) F for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the sheet and dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
