When my children were small, I liked to try new foods and recipes. To this day my kids called this Mom's kitchen experiments.

 Some experiments were fantastic.

 Other you just did not try again and you went out to dinner that night.

I found recipes in magazines and cook books, and when we went out for dinner my family always knew I would attempt to duplicate the meal.

 It was and still is fun.

 Now days the internet has made it so easy with all the cooking websites. You can find local, as well as international cuisine.  You can even find videos of your favorite TV chef preparing something you thought you could never make.

 I still love to experiment and my kids still say Mom is experimenting with food again.
