Her wide field of information in diet and nutrition has made it possible for her to own and operate health food stores and vegetarian restaurants over the years. She also operates a cooking school in Tennessee. She has traveled  all over the country giving cooking classes in vegan and vegetarian cookery and food combining.

Chef Carlyn has been working in these areas for over 30 years. She is originally from Washingon, D.C. and specializes in Consumer Education.
