Ingredients

6 slices turkey bacon
1 each egg
2 cans tuna, canned 7 ounces each, undrained
6 slices tomato
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
1 tablespoon onion minced
3 each hamburger buns

Directions

Cook bacon; beat egg; add tuna, mustard, mayonnaisse, onion, bread crumbs, and mix well.

Spoon onto bottom halves of buns.

Broil 6 inch away from the heat till brown; about 6 minutes.

Top each with a tomato slice and two pieces of bacon.

Cover with top of buns which you have toasted lightly before.
