| 1/3 | cup | balsamic vinegar | |
| 3 | tablespoons | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3 | teaspoons | black pepper | fresh, ground |
| 1/4 | cup | olive oil | extra light |
| 2 | tablespoons | oregano | chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced finely |
| 2 | tablespoons | basil | fresh, minced |
| 2 | teaspoons | soy sauce | |
| 1/3 | cup | white wine | chablis |
Mix all ingredients into the oil.
Stir well. refrigerate for 2 days.
Shake well and pour liberally over salad.

Everything you ever wanted to know about hot chili peppers....
Easy and pretty good casserole. I used ground pork sausage instead of bacon. Kind of bland, though. I thought the onion wasn't necessary.
