| 1 | each | beef roast | |
| 1 | package | gravy mix, brown | |
| 1 | x | water |
The night before, place one large roast (any kind except rump) in the crockpot and sprinkle one package au jus gravy mix over. Cover and set on low. The next morning, add 1 c water and continue cooking. If vegetables are desired, add them early in the afternoon. Come dinner time, you have the tenderest roast and for leftovers, the best drip beef!
The meat just falls apart - excellent. We replaced the roast with a London Broil - This works equally as well. The leftovers shall be wonderful for sandwiches also.

This was OK, but we found it a little lacking in flavor. It just seemed like an awful lot of chopping and prep work for a mediocre result.
