| 3 | cups | peanuts | salted, without skins |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 2 | cups | peanut butter chips | |
| 14 | ounces | milk, sweetened condensed | |
| 2 | cups | miniature marshmallows |
Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 11x7x2 inch baking pan; set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat. Add milk and marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. Pour over peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars.
Amazing! Very easy to make and people go crazy when they
eat these squares. The taste very similar to a salted nut roll candy bar
only better because they are so fresh.

Recently I was browsing at a local supermarket pondering what to concoct for dinner. During my reconnaissance of the seafood department I spied a cache of blue point oysters in ...
These were fantastic!! I doubled the recipe and used regular sized cup cake tins. I topped the cakes with more of the ganache and raspberries and they made an elegant dessert. Be careful not to overbeat the ganache though, I did and my first batch turned into white chocolate flavored butter!!
