These tasty treats made from peanut butter chips and peanuts are great for a light snack after lunch.

Ingredients

3 cups peanuts salted, without skins
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups peanut butter chips
14 ounces milk, sweetened condensed
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions

Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 11x7x2 inch baking pan; set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat. Add milk and marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. Pour over peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars.

Amazing! Very easy to make and people go crazy when they eat these squares. The taste very similar to a salted nut roll candy bar only better because they are so fresh.
