| 2 | teaspoons | olive oil | |
| 8 | ounces | ground beef, lean | cooked |
| 1/4 | cup | onions | diced |
| 1/2 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1 | medium | tomato | chopped, seeded |
| 1 | small | apple | pared, chopped |
| 1 | each | jalapeno pepper | canned, sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | raisins, seedless | |
| 2 | large | olives | stuffed, sliced |
| 2 | each | black olives | pitted, sliced |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt and black pepper | |
| 1 | dash | cinnamon | |
| 1 | dash | cloves |
In a 10 inch skillet heat oil over medium heat, add ground beef and cook, breaking up large pieces with a wooden spoon, until crumbly.
Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally until flavors are well blended, about 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or as a filling for burritos or tacos.

I made this back in the 70's and lost the recipe-Thank you so much for posting this particular one. It is absolutely heavenly. I used the no sugar fat free pudding-skim milk and lite cool whip. It was just perfect. Thanks again
