Ingredients

1/2 pound tofu mashed
1 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon cumin ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Serve on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce.
