| 8 | each | pork chops | centre cut |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | |
| 1 | x | garlic powder | |
| 1 | x | paprika | |
| 2 | cups | mushrooms | fresh, sliced |
| 1 | envelope | onion soup mix | dry |
| 1 | cup | white wine | dry |
| 1 | cup | chicken broth | |
| 2 | Teaspoons | chili and garlic paste | spread, bottled |
| 1 | cup | sour cream |
Brown pork chops in butter.
Season with spices. Remove from skillet.
Add mushrooms to drippings and sauté.
Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended.
Return pork chops to skillet.
Cover and simmer 1 hour until done.
Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil.
Serve immediately.
