| 3 | cups | oatmeal | quick-cooking |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | cup | nuts | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | peanut butter |
Mix first 4 ingredients together and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Mix well. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoons to cool.

Excellent, the flesh simply falls off the bone, unbelievably tender and the dry spice rub makes for a crispy very tasty skin. One of the best roast chicken I have ever made.
