Ingredients

4 each turkey drumsticks
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 x salt and black pepper
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon onion, dried flakes

Directions

Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place in a crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours. If the turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off the meat and serve with sauce.

WE made these last night and they were quite good. The meat was very tender and the bar-b-que wasn't overpowering but it lacked that certain tang bar-b-que should have.

Skyline Chili

Thank you for including this in your datebase. When we are in Cincinnati, we LOVE to eat at Skyline. I am thrilled to find this recipe. It takes some getting used to, but once you develop a taste for this chili, the others pale in comparison!
