| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | package | chocolate chips (semi-sweet) | melted |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | x | chocolate crumb pie crust (9 to 10 inches) |
1>. In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth, gradually beat in sugar.
2>. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beat in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
3>. Pour into pie crust, place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Chill 4 hours.
