| 16 | ounces | pasta | penne |
| 2 | each | cucumbers | peeled, cubed |
| 2 | each | tomatoes | plum, chopped |
| 2 | cups | mayonnaise | fat free |
| 8 | ounces | sour cream | fat free |
| 3 | tablespoons | dill weed | dried |
| 2 | tablespoons | black pepper | lemon |
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed and lemon pepper.
Serve as is or chill for 45 minutes.

Very good with a nice cup of coffee. Moist and crunchy at the same time.
