Ingredients

1 cup grapes, seedless red
1 cup grapes, seedless green
1 cup cantaloupe honeydew or mango, cubed
1 cup pineapple chunks fresh
1 each orange peeled, sliced and quartered
1 each nectarine cubed
1/2 cup strawberries halved
1/2 cup jicama peeled, cut in matchstick pieces
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon basil fresh, chopped or 1 ts dried, crushed
1 x basil sprigs, optional

Directions

In medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except basil sprigs; mix gently. To serve, garnish with a sprig of basil.

Chicken, Mostly Parmesan

I have as yet not tried this recipe but am certain that I will enjoy it. It's quick and easy with room for individualization. I have other things to do other than spend lors of time in the kitchen preparing dinner.
