Ingredients

1 1/2 cups onion diced
2 pounds roast beef cubed
1 cup flour, all-purpose
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup water with soup base

Directions

Cube meat into 1/2 inch cubes.

Mix all ingredients in roaster pan and cook, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

Healthy Cornbread

This is delicious and moist. It is not like regular cornbread so don't expect that taste. I used regular milk instead of soy and sour cream instead of applesauce, since I was out of those two ingredients. It still turned out beautifully and I will upload a picture of it.
