| 1 | qt | vegetable oil | |
| 15 | each | garlic cloves | |
| 1/2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 | cups | cream cheese | softened |
| 2 | teaspoon | prepared mustard | |
| 4 | each | polish sausage | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | milk | |
| 8 | large | egg roll skins | |
| 1 | x | parsley leaves | fresh, chopped |
Heat oil in frying pan to medium-high, about 350 degrees. Combine garlic, mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard in blender until smooth. Remove from blender. Cut each Polish sausage into two shorter halves and score lengthwise. Beat egg and milk with fork until smooth. Place each sausage half at end of egg roll wrapper, add a dollop of mustard sauce and roll sausage into wrapper, sealing ends with egg mixture.
Fry in hot oil until lightly browned on all sides. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra mustard sauce.
The only thing Chinese about this recipe is the egg roll wrappers. Great twist on an old favorite with an all American ingredients.

Whether you call them appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, canapés, amuse-bouches, or amuse-gueules, they are the scrumptious...
This is a wonderful cake recipe. Actually this is the first diabetic cake recipe that I could get to achieve the proper cake texture with. This cake is very moist, especially with the raisins in it. I have adapted it to make a chocolate cake using this recipe as a base, adding cocoa. It turned out good as well.
