These a few kinds of grilled vegetables together are absolutely delicious! Tossing them with a very light and flavorful sherry vinaigrette, definitely will be a hit on your table as a side dish.

A delicious summer standard at our place. Easy to make with a mix of Southern European and Middle Eastern flavours. I use my Cucumber Raita (posted separately) to dress the lamb salad or you can use the quick yoghurt dressing provided here.

Creamy Potato and Mushroom Salad recipe

The key to the subtly balanced flavors in this dish is using very fresh produce. Walnut sized new red potatoes from a farmers market work best.

Such a delicious salad, and it was so filling too. This was the side dish that we had with grilled salmon. Will recommend this recipe.
