Strawberry Panna Cotta with Strawberry Compote

Photo of Strawberry Panna Cotta with Strawberry Compote

Smooth, creamy, silky and fruity, all these delicious words you have in your mind are not enough to describe how good this panna cotta recipe is. I didn't have buttermilk, so I added 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice into a 1-cup measuring cup, then poured the milk in to make a cup of mixture, let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes, and here was my buttermilk. The panno cotta itself was already full of the refreshing strawberry flavor, and the compote gave the extra juicy strawberry taste, the layers of strawberry smell and flavor really let us indulge into this strawberry feast :)
