Absolutely delicious, 5 star for sure. This Greek style spinach pie was so yummy, and it wasn't hard to make. The result was just outstanding, loved the crispy golden and brown phyllo pasty that's much lower in calories and fat. The cheesy spinach and sun-dried tomato filling was so flavorful, which paired very well with the crispy phyllo pastry. It didn't last long at our place, my husband and I ate the whole thing within half an hour. Delicious, I will definitely make it again when we have company to come over next time.
