| 1/2 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | sliced |
| 1 | package | rice | long grain and wild |
| 7 | ounces | corn, canned, whole kernels | drained |
| 16 | ounces | tomatoes, stewed, canned | undrained |
Brown beef in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions; cook 1 minute longer.
Add rice, corn, and tomatoes. Cook until thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.
