White Chocolate Almond-Pecan Pie

Ingredients

4large eggs beaten
1cup corn syrup, light
2/3cup sugar
3tablespoons butter melted
1tablespoon vanilla extract
1tablespoon almond extract or to taste
1tablespoon chocolate extract
6ounces white chocolate
1cup pecan halves
1cup almonds sliced or slivered
1each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked

Directions

Combine first eight ingredients, beat with an electric mixer until blended.

Stir pecans and almonds into mixture.

Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
