| 1 | each | granny smith apples | unpeeled, cored, diced |
| 2 | cups | cabbage | slivered |
| 1 | x | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | celery seeds | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | honey | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
Place apples and raisins in bowl - toss.
Combine all else in cup and mix.
Pour on top and serve

This was very good, however I substituted Hollandaise for Morney. It is quite a bit of work, however, so I will reserve it for company.
