Ingredients

5 ounces mozzarella cheese
2 cans tuna fish in water, drained
1 tablespoon tomato paste
6 ounces cottage cheese pureed
1/2 cup coffee creme
1 bunch parsley leaves finely chopped
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
1 x noodles cooked for 4 servings

Directions

1. Put the cheese, tuna, tomatopaste, cottage cheese, coffee creme and parsley into a skillet and mix well.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Bring to a boil and serve immedietly over the noodles.
