| 1 | x | artifical sweetener | non-nutritive, equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar |
| 4 | tablespoons | malt vinegar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | seasoned salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | cup | lettuce leaves | torn up |
Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and salt.
Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves; top with vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.

The terms pasta, macaroni and noodles are often used interchangeably. But they are not...
Very easy and quick. Used penne pasta in lieu of linguini. My wife said I was wasting my time, kids would not eat. But, they LOVED it, said they want it again tomorrow. Son said 'you really out-did yourself dad'. Next time I think I'll add some capers.
