| 2 | pounds | beef, round steak | |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1 | x | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | cups | beef bouillon |
Cut round steak into serving-size pieces. Dredge in flour and brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned meat in crockpot. Saute onion and add to crockpot. Pour bouillon over meat and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low (4 to 6 hours on high). Serves 6 to 8 people.
