Ingredients

1/4 cup organic shoyu
1/4 cup rice brown vinegar
1/8 cup hot pepper sesame oil

Directions

Combine ingredients.

Marinate tempeh, tofu, fish, chicken for several hours or overnight.

Can also be used as a sauce.
