| 4 | each | green bell pepper | |
| 4 | cups | celery | chopped |
| 1 | cup | brown sugar | packed |
| 1 | cup | prepared mustard | spicy |
| 4 | cups | ketchup | |
| 2 | cans | tomato paste | 12 ounces each |
| 4 | cans | tomato sauce | 15 ounces each |
| 1 | cup | vinegar | |
| 2/3 | cup | worcestershire sauce | |
| 100 | each | hamburger buns |
In a large Dutch oven or pan, brown the beef, onions, peppers and celery in batches until meat is browned.
Remove mixture with a slotted spoon to a large roasting pan.
Discard fat.
Stir together the sugar, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, tomato sauce, 6 cups water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir into meat mixture.
If too thick, add up to 2 cups more water.
Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve on the buns.

I have made different kinds of barbecue beef ribs in the past. I think this is one of the best, very nice sauce, and cooking time is almost perfect. The ribs turned out delicious.
