Ingredients

1 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt dash of pepper
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/2 cup zucchini diced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup onions chopped
1/4 cup green peas frozen
1 ounce ham fat free, julienned
1 tablespoon pimentos sliced
1 cup pasta, twist uncooked

Directions

In saucepan, boil milk, basil, salt and pepper.

In cup mix cornstarch and water.

Add to milk and boil, stirring constantly.

Stir in parmesan and cover.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In skillet, sauté garlic, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and ham in oil until tender.

Add peas, pimentos and pasta and heat.

Pour sauce over, toss and serve immediately.

Wonder Bread--Golden Egg Bread

Wonderbread is wonderful! We dug out the Breadman Ultimate after a long hiatus from baking and tried this recipe since my wife enjoys a plain white bread now and then. But this bread has a wonderful golden glow and a fine texture. Perfect for toast and sandwitches. A keeper!
