| 1 | cup | milk, skim, (non fat) powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | basil | |
| 1 | clove | garlic | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | dash of pepper |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | zucchini | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | broccoli florets | |
| 1/2 | cup | mushrooms | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | green peas | frozen |
| 1 | ounce | ham | fat free, julienned |
| 1 | tablespoon | pimentos | sliced |
| 1 | cup | pasta, twist | uncooked |
In saucepan, boil milk, basil, salt and pepper.
In cup mix cornstarch and water.
Add to milk and boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in parmesan and cover.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In skillet, sauté garlic, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and ham in oil until tender.
Add peas, pimentos and pasta and heat.
Pour sauce over, toss and serve immediately.

Wonderbread is wonderful! We dug out the Breadman Ultimate after a long hiatus from baking and tried this recipe since my wife enjoys a plain white bread now and then. But this bread has a wonderful golden glow and a fine texture. Perfect for toast and sandwitches. A keeper!
