| 1/2 | pound | shrimp | steamed and shelled |
| 1/2 | pound | scallops | steamed and shelled |
| 1/2 | pound | crab meat | |
| 1/2 | pound | oysters | steamed and shelled |
| 1/4 | cup | pimentos | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | green olives | chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1 | tablespoon | dill weed | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | fresh |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1 | cup | potato chips | crushed |
Mix all ingredients except the potato chips.
Put into a greased casserole.
Cover and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Add potato chips and return to oven for 20 minutes more.
