Ingredients

1/2 pound shrimp steamed and shelled
1/2 pound scallops steamed and shelled
1/2 pound crab meat
1/2 pound oysters steamed and shelled
1/4 cup pimentos chopped
1/4 cup green olives chopped
1 each garlic clove minced
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill weed chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup potato chips crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the potato chips.

Put into a greased casserole.

Cover and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Add potato chips and return to oven for 20 minutes more.
