This is a tasty fruits salad,I always make it for my kids, at breakfast or at dinner, they love it so much!

Ingredients

4 each oranges blood, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
1 large grapefruit peeled and cut into segments
1 each orange peeled and cut into segments
2 each tangerines or clementines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
4 each black peppercorns crushed
1 x mint leaves as needed
1 x yogurt, low-fat or non-fat, as needed

Directions

Divide the fruit between plates.

Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.

Serve with Greek yogur
