| 1/2 | cup | millet flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | barley flour | |
| 1/4 | cup | oats, quick cooking | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | non-alum |
| 2 | tablespoons | nuts | finely chopped, optional |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | molasses | unsulphured |
| 1/4 | cup | water |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Stir liquid ingredients together until molasses dissolves.
Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place on oiled cookie sheet.
Flatten balls slightly.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 F. Cool.

Yummy. Loved the creamy taste and consistency. Wouldn't hurt to add some more spice, either via chili powder or more green chilis ground in. Also, more than 2 cloves of garlic would be fine, too. Eli Hamlin
