Submitted by kate_poohbear
Grapefruit Margaritas blend tequila, triple sec, and fresh grapefruit juice with cracked ice - a brighter, slightly bitter twist on the classic that serves 8 in 10 minutes.

10 minSwap lime for grapefruit and the whole character of a margarita shifts - less sharp, more complex, with a faintly bitter edge that makes these unexpectedly easy to drink.
The grapefruit does double duty: it moistens the glass rim for the salt, then goes straight into the blender with tequila, triple sec, and cracked ice. Ten minutes, eight salted glasses.
If you like a Paloma, these are your new house drink.
