Ingredients

4 large garlic cloves crushed
2 teaspoons ginger root fresh, grated
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot chili peppers dried, crushed
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds toasted
6 tablespoons soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
