| 3 | pounds | ground beef, lean | |
| 1 | package | onion soup mix | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | oatmeal, or crushed crackers |
| 1 | tablespoon | garlic | pepper |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1 | tablespoon | oregano | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | basil | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | lemon thyme | |
| 1 | teaspoon | rosemary leaves |
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put in pan and bake in 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
