| 6 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | seasoned salt | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | garlic | pepper, blend |
| 12 | ounces | chicken gravy | home-style |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | nonfat |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt, paprika and garlic-pepper blend; add to skillet.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.
In medium bowl, combine gravy, half-and-half and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Pour gravy mixture over chicken.
Cover; simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
