Ingredients

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry active dry (1 packet)
1 cup rice brown flour
2 cups rice flour white
3 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1/4 cup sugar + 2 tsp
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups milk, skim, (non fat) powder non fat
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 large eggs well beaten
1 3/4 cups water warm

Directions

1. Place all ingredients, except the warm water, in bread pan and While the machine is kneading, gradually pour in the water.

If the dough does not mix well, use a rubber spatula to assist it occasionally.

Marinated Salmon Steaks

I used this recipe with steelhead trout fillets. It was absolutely delicious. I modified it slightly. I used lime juice instead of orange, I added a couple of green onions diced and I specifically used extra virgin olive oil.
