| 1/2 | pound | fish fillets | |
| 1/4 | stick | butter | |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 | x | curry powder | |
| 1 | x | cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | x | garlic | minced |
| 1 | x | seasoning salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | chicken bouillon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | water |
Put fillets in microwave safe baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices, and bullion.
Place butter on top of fillets, so it will melt over them.
Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.
Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake witha fork.

Made of cornstarch, I really pay more attention to what our family eat everyday, the cornstarch is healthy, with all the mixed fruits, very good pie!
