| 1 | package | cake mix, yellow | |
| 1 | box | instant pudding mix | vanilla, lemon, or pistachio |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 2/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | teaspoons | orange extract | |
| 1 1/2 | each | fruit | fermented |
| 1 | cup | nuts | chopped |
| 1 | cup | golden raisins |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil and orange extract in a large bowl.
Add fruit, nuts and raisins, and mix throughly.
Pour into a greased, floured tube pan and bake 1 hour.
Let cool 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
