Ingredients

Pastry
1 package cream cheese
1/4 pound margarine
1 cup flour, all-purpose sifted
Filling
1/2 cup sweet potatoes, or yams cooked, mashed
1/4 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coconut flakes

Directions

Mix pastry ingredients until mixture holds together, chill.

Cut into 3 inch circles.

Mix filling together.

Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together.

Bake at 375 degrees F until golden brown.
