| 1/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | tarragon vinegar | or white wine vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | dill weed | dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | tarragon | |
| 1 | cup | cauliflower florets | chopped |
| 1 | cup | carrot | shredded |
| 1 | cup | red cabbage | shredded |
| 1/4 | cup | green bell pepper | |
| 1/4 | cup | parsley leaves | fresh, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
Ccombine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, sugar, dillweed, basiland tarragon in a medium bowl, mixing well.
Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
Cover and chill.
Use a slotted spoon to serve.
