Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese softened
6 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) pieces, melted
3/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup preserves raspberry, or your choice, strained
1 x almonds finely chopped
1 x cocoa powder
1 x powdered sugar

Directions

Combine cream cheese and chocolate, mixing well.

Stir in crumbs and preserves.

Chill several hours or overnight.

Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or sugar.

Variation: Use butterscotch chips.
