| 1/2 | pound | spinach | fresh |
| 1 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | |
| 1 | clove | garlic | |
| 4 | cups | water | |
| 1/2 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | salt | |
| 1 | dash | black pepper |
Wash the spinach thoroughly and trim off the thick stems.
Chop the scallion.
Mince the garlic.
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the meat and bring to a second boil.
Skim off the froth.
Add the spinach, scallion, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Lower the flame and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

This is an absolutely wonderful pizza, first time to make a pizza by myself, I just followed ingredients exactly, and the pizza is so delicious, will make it again.
NOTE: I think paste food color works better than liquid food coloring when tinting cookie dough. It's available in specialty markets and some party stores. Be careful: A little goes a long, long way.
