| 4 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | luke warm |
| 1 | package | yeast, active dry | |
| 1 | cup | milk | scalded |
| 1 | x | butter | melted |
| 1 | x | brown sugar | |
| 1 | x | cinnamon | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| Icing | |||
| 1 | x | butter | |
| 1 | x | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar | |
| 1 | x | milk | |
Mix dry yeast with water; add rest of ingredients and put in refrigerator overnight or longer (can use in about an hour if desired).
Roll out; put melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on dough.
Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Put on cookie sheet.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Bake about 15 minutes at 375 F.
Ice immediately with mixture of butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and a little milk.
Can freeze.
