| 1 | can | tomatoes | ready-cut, well drained |
| 3/4 | cup | cucumber | unpeeled, diced |
| 1 | medium | zucchini | diced |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 10 | each | black olives | large, pitted, cut into half |
| 1/4 | cup | feta cheese | crumbled |
| 1/4 | cup | white wine vinegar | dressing |
| 1 | x | romaine leaves | chilled |
Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, onion, garlic, olives and cheese in a large bowl.
Add dressing and toss well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
