| 4 | packages | cream cheese | 8 ounces each, room temp |
| 2 | packages | sour cream | 16 ounces each, room temp |
| 6 | large | eggs | large, room temp |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | cinnamon | |
| crust | |||
| 1 1/3 | cups | vanilla wafers | crushed |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | melted |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients for crust and press into botton of greased 10 inch springform pan.
Mix the filling ingredients and beat until well mixed, do not overbeat! Pour filling mixture in pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
