Ingredients

1 each bananas
1/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice crushed
1 carton yogurt (any flavor)

Directions

Slice banana into blender, add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
