Ingredients

4 large eggs well beaten
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons onion diced
2 tablespoons green bell peppers diced
2 tablespoons celery diced
1/2 slice bologna cut into, small pieces
1 slice american cheese cut into small pieces

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.

Fry over medium heat in preheated, greased frying pan, turning once.
