Ingredients

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups cornmeal blue
1 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups pinto beans cooked, drained
2 teaspoons cumin
1 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 1/2 cups cheese grated or tofu
2 cups water
1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions
1 each egg or egg sub., beaten
1 x picante sauce
1 cup green chili peppers chopped

Directions

Mix first three ingredients.

Combine water, egg and chilies in separate bow
